How to delete your account

Open the app and log in

Go to your profile menu

Tap "Delete Account"

Enter your password and type delete-account exactly as shown

Tap the confirmation button. Your account will be permanently deleted

Permanently deleted

  • ✕account profile
  • ✕learning progress
  • ✕enrolled courses
  • ✕personal information

Retained

  • transaction records for subscription history in accordance with our Privacy Policy
